Kenneth M. Switzer

Kenneth M. Switzer is an associate with the firm since 2000. He has been licensed to practice law since 1977. He received a B.A. in History from David Lipscomb College in 1973 and his J. D. from the University of Louisville in 1977. He is admited to practice before the U. S. Supreme Court, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and Federal District Court in Middle Tennessee. He is a Rule 31 trained mediator. He has spoken frequently on the subject of civil trial practice and Tennesse worker's compensation law at continuing education seminars.

He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters including serious personal injuiry, medical malpractice and workers compensation. He is a board certified in Civil trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1996. He is a college football official in the Ohio Valley Conference.
