Colin W. Turner

Colin W. Turner is an associate practicing in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, products liability, workers’ compensation, personal injury, construction litigation and general civil litigation.

Background

Prior to attending law school, Colin graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2009 where he was a member of the UALR Law Review, serving as an Associate Notes Editor. His experience includes working as a law clerk for the Medicaid Fraud Division of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office. He also held law clerk positions for the Little Rock, Arkansas based law firms of Fuqua & Campbell; Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard; and Chisenhall, Nestrud & Julian where he worked in the areas of nursing home litigation, products liability and environmental law.

Colin is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee State Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He is an avid Arkansas Razorbacks fan, enjoys the outdoors, and loves live music.
