Cliff Wilson
Clifford Wilson is a partner in this firm and has been in practice since 1983. Mr. Wilson received a B.S. Degree in Nutrition from the University of Connecticut in 1978. He also received a J.D. Degree from Memphis State University in 1983. Upon graduation Mr. Wilson has a one year appointment to the law clerk for William H.D. Fones, Chief Justice of The Tennessee Supreme Court. Mr. Wilson has a litigation practice involving workers' compensation defense, insurance defense, and nursing home litigation.
Mr. Wilson has presented a number of continuing education programs concerning workers' compensation and premises liability. He has chaired the Nashville Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee. Mr. Wilson has been recently appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court for a three year term to be a hearing committee member for the Board of Professional Responsibility. This term expires in 2009.
Mr. Wilson is married to Kimberly Wilson, a freelance court reporter. He is the father of Whitney (21), Andrew (18), Jackson (8), and twins Blake and Isabella (6 months).
