Defense Verdict in Workers Compensation Case
Cliff Wilson received a defense verdict in
Helen Brown v. Saturn Corporation, Maury County Circuit Court No. 11029. The trial court held that the employee's wife failed to carry her burden of proving that her husband's heart attack was caused by his work. The employee filed a motion seeking reconsideration by the trial court. That motion was recently denied and the dismissal was affirmed.
