Motion for Summary Judgment Granted

Cliff Wilson obtained a defense verdict by way of a Motion for Summary Judgment in a case styled Joann J. Sugg and Al Sugg v. Mapco Express, Inc., Rutherford County Circuit No. 53739. The Honorable Robert Corlew, Rutherford County Tennessee Circuit Court Judge, granted the motion dismissing the personal injury lawsuit.
